This Week @ South Shore UMC

COMMUNION TABLE PARAMENT

White or gold cloths are used on the Communion Table as a sign of a special feast day in the church. White and gold are colors of purity and light. In approaching the Communion Table, we remember that Jesus is the light of the world. At the Communion Table we physically taste the goodness of his grace, represented in the bread and the cup. And we leave the Communion Table carrying his light into the world.

If you submitted photos last year, you do not need to resubmit photos for the slide show. We look forward to honoring the service of all our veterans in worship November 8.
