SSUMC 2025 CHURCH CONFERENCE

During our annual Charge Conference, we will vote on SSUMC 2026 Lay Leadership, receive a membership report, and approve pastoral compensation.  There will also be a brief time for questions and answers.

This meeting is open to the whole church;

membership is required for voting items.

Lay Leadership and Staff are strongly encouraged to attend.

EXTERNALLY FOCUSED IN SERVICE @ TRUNK OR TREAT DECORATE A TRUNK | DONATE CANDY AND TRINKETS

Support our Church in hosting a successful Trunk or Treat on Sunday, October 26 by

1 – decorating a trunk for our Treat Trail

2 – donating bags of individually wrapped candy or little trinkets such as stickers, pencils, temporary tattoos, erasers, etc.

3 – make a financial contribution towards our hot dog & chip dinner that evening.

Donations of candy/trinkets may be placed in the hot-dog costumed bin in the Welcome Center.  Please indicate ‘Trunk or Treat’ on your financial gift.

ALL SAINTS RECOGNITION

The South Shore UMC Family will recognize persons that have entered the Church Triumphant between November 1, 2024 and October 19, 2025 through

a special time of naming the saints, prayer, candle lighting, & song on Sunday, October 26. If you have a member of your family that you would like recognized during this service, please email their name to sarah@southshoreumc.com by October 22.
