SSUMC CELEBRATES LAITY SUNDAY on OCTOBER 11

Laity Sunday focuses on the celebration of the ministry of all lay Christians. In many local churches, Laity Sunday is observed by having lay persons lead all parts of the worship service. Pastor Sarah is grateful for the strength, commitment, and passion of SSUMC’s Laity as seen in our church leadership, age-level ministries, and outreach. Because of the you, the laity, we are the church together!

This year South Shore UMC will complete our Charge Conference work as part of a Cluster Church Conference via ZOOM Link beginning at 4:30pm. ‘CAFÉ FAITH’ LEADERSHIP STUDY

Café Faith is a Wednesday lunchtime study and fellowship opportunity. We gather via ZOOM link. Join us as we enjoy our meal, enjoy our fellowship, and enjoy time spent in the Word with God.
