ADMINISTRATIVE COUNCIL MEETING

TUESDAY, OCTOBER 6 @ 7PM via ZOOM

Join us to hear and connect with the diverse ministry groups that compose South Shore UMC!

We will use this time to share how our ministries are continuing and further taking shape

in response to the COVID-19 Pandemic and look forward to our next quarter

of service and stewardship at South Shore.

We will complete preparations in this meeting for our annual Charge Conference, which will convene Sunday, October 18 at 4:30pm via ZOOM. Church Conference Preparation includes voting on 2020 Lay Leadership, receiving a membership report, and approving pastoral compensation.

There will also be a brief time for questions and answers.

This meeting is open to the whole church; membership is required for items requiring a vote.

REMINDER: REPLENISH RESTORE NEXT SUNDAY

Please bring non-perishable food donations and place them in the shopping cart in the welcome center.

Your donations support our partnership with Restore Food Pantry at Riverview First UMC and bring relief to hunger experienced by the most vulnerable in our community.

‘CAFÉ FAITH’ LEADERSHIP STUDY

Café Faith is a Wednesday lunchtime study and fellowship opportunity. We gather via ZOOM link.

Join us as we enjoy our meal, enjoy our fellowship, and enjoy time spent in the Word with God.

This week’s text is I Samuel 1:1-28; together we will learn about Mother Hannah.
