JUNE 14 WORSHIP

This Sunday’s worship service is provided to Florida United Methodist Churches as a gift from our Appointive Cabinet. Throughout the worship service you will hear from each of the district superintendents, the director of Latino/Latina ministries, the assistant to the bishop, and our episcopal leader, Bishop Ken Carter. They will share with you greetings and words of hope. A church wide email will provide you with instructions on how to access this worship service; instructions will also be made available on South Shore UMC’s homepage and Facebook Page.

SSUMC RETURNS TO IN-PERSON WORSHIP – JULY 5, 2020

Our regular in-person Sunday worship services resume the first Sunday of July with our Traditional Service at 8:30am and Contemporary Service at 11am.

SSUMC will also continue streaming our services via FacebookLive each Sunday.

We invite you to prepare for our return to in-person worship by reading Pastor Sarah’s sermon manuscripts from May 24, May 31, and June 7 as they detail adaptations made to our church facility and congregational practices as we strive to do no harm, do good, and attend upon the ordinances of God with public health and public safety being at the forefront of our minds. These manuscripts are available by emailing the Church Office via toni@southshoreumc.com.

SSUMC OFFICE REOPENS THIS WEEK

South Shore UMC’s Staff will conclude working remotely June 15, 2020.

SSUMC will return to regular office hours on Tuesday, June 16.

SSUMC Office Hours are Monday through Thursday 8:30am to 3:30pm

and Fridays 8:30am to 12:30pm.

In-person activities, meetings, and worship services remain suspended at this time.
