Shore Yoga Instructor
Pastor Sarah Miller is the Shore Yoga Instructor.
Sarah came home to yoga in 2013 seeking relief from two chronic pain conditions. The moving meditation of yoga helped Sarah experience physical peace in her body and spiritual peace in her soul. Sarah desires to help her students experience and connect to that peace through intentionally linking movement and breath with the One who gifts us movement and breath.
Sarah completed her 303-hour yoga teacher certification through Firefly Yoga in 2015. Trained in the ashtanga tradition, Sarah enjoys teaching all-levels flow classes - with special attention to intentional, safe movement and alignment - and incorporates requests from students into her classes. Her favorite poses include Warrior II, Flying Pigeon, Bird of Paradise, and Headstand.
