SSUMC CAMPUS AND OFFICE CLOSURE
South Shore UMC’s Campus and Office are closed until March 31, 2020. All activities scheduled during this time for South Shore and Community groups are suspended. Church Leadership will evaluate reopening the campus and the office at a later date following the recommendation of public health officials and conference leadership.

ANNUAL PROTECTION POLICY TRAINING ON MARCH 29 DURING WORSHIP BROADCAST
Our service next Sunday will include a training on SSUMC’s Child/Youth Protection Policy. The Florida Conference updated the conference policy at the end of 2018 and SSUMC’s SPRCommittee and Children’s Council completed our contextualization of the policy in late February. We look forward to training our church family on this policy to help ensure the safety of the children and youth our church family serves. Copies of summary training document will be made available when the Church Office reopens.
